Mission BBQ is the only good BBQ restaurant I've found down here. Smoked turkey is awesome.

I like Chuck Wagon in Madison. My BBQ is better than most.

This is what got me thinking about this subject. It's a pretty good APT show that I watched last weekend.
Alabama has more barbecue joints per capita than any other state.

The story of Alabama barbecue can’t be told in sentences. It’s told through whiffs of smoke, buckets of sauce and friendly nods across the counter. See how a simple dish has become a culinary anthem for our state. Filmmaker Norton Dill introduces you to BBQ legends from all across Alabama. Smokin' on the Boulevard has always been pretty solid but I've only had 2 or 3 items.

                          - Archibald's and Woodrow's both were really good before they merged.
                          - Also, Smokee Hollow (Its in Alabama, but if you can tell me where, I'd be very surprised)

Elridge? Is that the first stop sign on 13 south of Natural Bridge? I went through that intersection many times in college.
