They released the trailer to select theaters a while back, but none in my area. Can't wait to see it. Hate that Nolan is not doing anymore after this one.

I'm going to see Mission Unpossible 4: Something Something in IMax tonight and I heard they were showing the trailer before the movie, so I'm not going to cheat and click your link just yet.
On a side note, I had some friends that have seen the prologue (the first few minutes of the movie) and said it looks like it's going to be amazing.

FYI, their are two clips within that link. The trailer and I believe the prologue. Both of them gave me a boner.

He was wearing black, thats all I could briefly tell. So yeah, it probably was a cop outfit.

Gordon-Levitt plays police oficer John Blake and is speculated to possibly be Nightwing. I know that d--k Grayson is techinically Robin/Nightwing, but Nolan said that he would not put Robin in his movies. Then there's this guy's ( http://www.cracked.com/blog/advanced-batman-theory-why-nolan-will-kill-bruce-wayne/ ) very feasible theory of why Gordon Levitt might take up the mantle of Batman to conclude the trilogy. If you've read any of the Knightfall story arc, you know that because of a *ahem* run-in with Bane, Bruce Wayne was not always Batman. So Gordon Levitt taking up the role of Batman (or maybe Azrael) is not too far-fetched.

I'm noticing a theme here in the cast chosen for this film.
JGL, Marion Cotillard, Tom Hardy (Bane) were all in Inception.
I think Nolan likes working with those actors.
Nolan is known for using the same actors in his movies. That's a sign of a good director. He also uses some peeps in the illusion movie he made with Hugh Jackman, The Prestige. Great movie as well.
This trailer is awesome. Gave me chills. The Hobbit and TDKR will be the MUST SEE movies of 2012.

JGL is a cop that is all. With the story ending it's probably going to show how the police force needs to show their grit even when times get tough. The human side of things, as Nolan has don't all throughout his career.

Nah, that's just his cop uniform he's wearing at certain points during the trailer. No way Nolan would even hint at a spoiler like that in a trailer.

^ In at least a couple of the short shots of the bat suit it looks like Levitt's chin to me.

That's Bale, dude. I've seen Batman Begins and TDK over 50 billion times. I promise you that's Bale. He makes that same facial expression numerous times during both films. Definitely him.
